Godiva Skin Care has launched its new line of skincare last Feb1-3 at SM Annex. It was a day of pampering for the ladies who had joined the event. They had the skin analysis, hand massage, beauty make-over and the photobooth for the ladies to experience a day of fun and pampering. Way back when the popular beauty creams aren’t made available in the Philippine market, mom & I tried Godiva beauty cream. It was a nightly ritual to put creams on before going to bed.
After a few years, Godiva Skin Care has made a comeback, with their popular main ingredient the Licorice which helps whiten skin that lasts. Licorice is a plant found on the Mediterranean region. The licorice roots are used as flavorings, it also has its medicinal properties which are mixed with the beauty creams.
Godiva’s beauty journey was held at SM Annex, it was consisted of 4 booths to try out. Namely the skin analysis booth, hand massage, beauty makeover and the photobooth. I had go through the 4 booths before the event has started. I must say, it was a beauty journey that we girls would love.
The program was held at SM Davao Annex, it started with a make-up demo by Allan Alforque, a few group of singers and they introduced their lovely model for Godiva Jessica Keinle & hosted by Ms. Claudette Centeno. After a quick interview with Jessica, they had a mini program featuring Davao local talents who sang a few songs.
Among the guest and bloggers who where invited, they also had cocktails & raffle. One of the members of Davao Bloggers won a Lenovo Android phone. We bloggers were each given a set of Godiva Skin products for testing.Godiva currently is launching its skin care products on Colleges & Universities around Davao. Watch out as they might be doing a beauty journey on your school soon!
